The Queen Room was cozy, but the shared bathroom was not well maintained.

I stayed here recently for two nights. The space was nice and the garden offered a relaxing view. I appreciated the continental breakfast options each morning. Jill was a kind host, which made me feel welcome. Watching the sunset from the terrace was enjoyable, reminding me of my hiking adventures back home in Canada with my family.

The shared bathroom situation was not ideal, especially at night. The television in my room was confusing to use, and I struggled to change channels.

The Queen Room was delightful, featuring a cozy armchair perfect for reading. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, ensuring a great start to the day. The peaceful location made for a perfect escape, surrounded by nature and just a short walk to the High Street.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Chessington World of Adventures and went for a hike in the beautiful countryside. The breakfast had lots of choice, and the garden was just stunning. The rooms were bright and comfortable. Jill made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to return soon!

The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

I loved that it was just a 10-minute walk to the town center, making it super easy to explore the shops and cafes. There were some great countryside walks nearby that helped me unwind after a day in the city.

I spent 3 nights at Chart House Bed And Breakfast and the location near Gatwick airport was a big plus for me. The surrounding area is pretty, and I appreciated the beautiful garden. My room, although a Deluxe Single, felt a bit cramped when my grandchild was with me. I wish I had chosen an en suite room since moving around the shared facility was tough with a hyper child. The breakfast offered was decent but didn't quite meet my expectations compared to other bed and breakfasts I've visited. Still, the friendly atmosphere made up for some of the inconveniences. Would have loved a bit more flexibility with breakfast hours too.

I stayed in a Single Room, and it was super comfy! The bed was really clean, and I loved the nice wardrobe and modern bathroom. Plus, the towels were changed daily, which was a nice touch. The garden view was lovely, and everything worked perfectly. Quiet too, which was great for relaxing after a long day. No complaints here!

Amazing stay with a beautiful garden

We had a lovely couple of nights here! The room was super comfy, bright and airy. Jill was so friendly, made us feel right at home. The breakfast was awesome, tons of choices! The garden is gorgeous, really well kept. Just wish the parking was a bit better, but it didn’t ruin our time at all.

It was just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Dorking with attractive and competitive value for money. The bed was okay for a rest after a long day, but nothing exceptional. If you’re okay with shared bathrooms, it might work for you.
